Great in sounding but not comfort and experience
I got recommended by a friend to try out a V-moda Wireless 2. After extensive research on V-moda new products, even though I read some reviews according to the V-moda Crossfade M-200 ANC and determined that it is not that great and a bit overpriced. I decided to try them out, when I received the headphone I was impressed with the design and how clean it looks. Sounds I am not an expert myself, but I did some research and put some trials through with some of my favorites song in the playlists and realized it is missing something. Then I put on the EQ and played around with it. I was able to tune it to how it should fit my hearing. The low bass and mid bass was a bit light to my taste, though just 1- 2.5 db increase brought warmness to the headphone. The vocal is clear and tonal is neutral to bright. Mid is good and clear, the high is clear for me but got some upper scale which sounds a bit sharp for me. One thing I realize after try this with another headphone called beyerdynamic DT 1990 Pro is that the sound reflection on closed-back headphone make the sound less natural. Even though it is still very details but it makes you felt that some extra volume was added and make it sounds a bit artificial. Comfortable The cons is the earcups for the headphone was too small, probably the earcups designs is not for people with big ears and I got pain and pinching in the top part of the ears after 2 hours of use and that feelings is still there until half an hour or so. Comfortable level of this headphone for me is just not a recommended one unless you change your earpads to something that can give deepness to the headphone, the clamp forces is quite tight too and not friendly to glasses user and the headphone feel a bit heavy too. Overall The headphone is good with the bluetooh Aptx HD on while listening from the phone with the EQ, I experienced some bug about disconnecting from the V-moda app in mid used but I can connect again so that does not bother me. Good sounds quality imaging and clarity, a bit light on bass response need some EQ for that punchy kick-in effects. Not so good for small ears and glasses users, clamp force can be a bit too tiring and cause fatigue for long session.
